Eppo Event - an App for Music Rasikas

Termed as a one-stop destination for carnatic rasikas, “Eppo Event” a downloadable and usable app has been launched on 23rd November, 2019 at Ragasudha Hall, Mylapore, Chennai.

This app has been brought out by BKRS LLC, leading product Development Company and is compatible with iOS and android mobile devices. “Eppo will provide rasikas with a single place to go for all carnatic event schedules” said Bhaskar Srinivasan, President and Co Founder BKRS LLC. “Eppo will provide intelligent recommendations about events and performers with timely notification so that rasikas do not miss an event.” In addition, Eppo uses self-learning algorithms to map out an event attendance schedule and will provide route guidance as well as arrival and leaving times. Finally, Eppo makes capturing event activities easy using their in event mode. Viswanathan Subramanian, President and Co Founder BKRS LLC told that “We believe that this is just the start of the journey for Eppo. We continue to work on evolving the product.  Our goal is to make concert attendance easy for the rasikas and add value to the art form.”

Dr. Nalli Kuppuswami Chettiyar who lighted the Kuthuvilakku at the inauguration function said “This mobile app will be very helpful for all the carnatic music lovers like me and will help people get to know about all the city based music events. Generally there are websites that give out details during December season, but this app will be live through the year”.

  • In-event mode - Forget lugging around a notebook and pen. Rasikas can directly enter the songs performed in the concert in the app. Eppo will aid by providing intelligent easy searchable lists. If you choose, Eppo can also auto fill the song list.

  • If there is no event the message “There are no other events for today” gets displayed.
